Our pizza dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. Once kneaded, we let our dough prove, creating light and crisp stone-baked bases, which are topped with carefully selected locally sourced, mouth-watering ingredients. Stretched by hand, and cooked at 500c, our Thatched Tavern pizzas are something you have to experience, whether that’s eating in or taking away.
