The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced bar or restaurant; be detailed in their approach, and have good organisational and communication skills. You will need a polite and professional telephone manner as orders and bookings are often taken over the telephone. There is a potential for career progression; We are looking for people who aim to exceed guest expectations and use initiative to go that one step further. Applicants must be eighteen or over.

Responsibilities

• To take pride in all guest experiences in all areas of service.
• Be prepared for every service with regards to cleanliness, equipment and full menu knowledge.
• Ensure all guest areas and your work stations are prepared for all services as required.
• Be certain that a service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the standards specified by your manager.
• Work closely with your team to provide a seamless experience for all guests.
• Take pride in your appearance and serve with a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
